Winter 2021: New interns join us

In collaboration with the University of Sherbrooke, Calogy Solutions would like to highlight the arrival of new interns within its team. In addition, we are very proud and happy to be able to open our (virtual) doors to new talents and to share our daily life as a dynamic start-up with our new team members. We therefore asked them to introduce themselves and share their passions with our readers.

Asma Boudoukha

Field of study: Law + MBA.

I am really passionate about cooking and good recipes, but I also like enjoying nature by hiking in the mountains. In my spare time, I’m also an amateur cinephile and I love music, especially soundtracks. Like when I practice my hobbies, when I work at Calogy Solutions, I have the opportunity to express myself and get out of my comfort zone. Best of all, I am fortunate to be surrounded by passionate people who are ready to teach me what they know. Until the end of my internship, I would like to continue working on business mandates that will have a lasting impact on Calogy. I am very confident that my time at Calogy Solutions will allow me to broaden my horizons!

Nicolas Thibault

Field of study: Mechanical Engineering.

During these four years at the university and thanks to my internships, I have had the chance to deepen my theoretical and practical knowledge. I love to learn and give myself intellectual and physical challenges. I currently have a great interest in racing and I consider that I have several challenges to overcome in this area. At Calogy Solutions, I have the chance to participate in projects that offer a multitude of challenges while being supported by a talented team. By the end of my internship, I want to expand my knowledge and develop my intuitions in the field of thermal management.

William Mooney

Field of study: Mechanical Engineering.

Because I love aviation, history and technology, my internship at Calogy Solutions represents for me a golden opportunity to become a better engineer in a stimulating work environment! From day one we are called to work in teams on innovative and modern projects as if we were long time employees. This great mark of confidence on Calogy’s part makes monotonous 8 to 5 working days disappear! By the end of my internship, I am confident that I have discovered a branch of engineering that will fascinate me for many years to come. I will also have had the chance to do my part in the development of the company!

Olivier Piché

Field of study: Mechanical Engineering.

Passionate about the outdoors, I take every opportunity to practice some hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing or snowboarding. Pleasure is a source of motivation for playing sports, just as it is for achieving professional goals at Calogy Solutions. By joining the Calogy team as an intern, I want to work on stimulating and rewarding projects in an energetic work environment. In addition, my willingness to learn on various subjects makes Calogy the perfect company for my development.

Félix-Antoine Toussaint

Field of study: Robotic Engineering.

In my spare time, I like to venture out on skiing and mountain biking to face new challenges like when working at Calogy’s. I have to use my creativity and react quickly to overcome complex challenges in my environment. As part of my internship, I want to consolidate my knowledge in battery pack management by implementing complex algorithms and acquire the most key knowledge for the launch of a start-up.

Welcome again to our interns!
